We Believe Leaders are Built Not Born.

Our Vision

We envision a Chicago community in which all Black and Brown boys have access to the tools, resources, and supportive adults to self determine their futures.

We believe young people already possess the unique skills, talents, and perspectives to be leaders on campus and beyond. Our program simply provides them the space, and tools, to identify and activate these qualities.

What we do.

We support Black & Brown boys during the critical transition to high school through targeted coaching, our research-based curriculum, and a solid community of peers and caring adults.

Why it matters.

Just 43% of Latino boys finish their first year of high school with a 3.0 GPA or higher. That number drops to just 39% of Black boys.

Support our work and become a Success Coach.
